Community Ministries effectively and passionately use the time, talents and money of St. Timothy's to uplift and restore those in need locally, nationally and throughout the world.	Our Ministries

Our Ministries Salvation Army Casseroles assist the Salvation Army in its mission to feed the local hungry by providing breakfast casseroles and hard-boiled eggs. How can I help? Church Opportunity Group (COG) is a coalition of 11 western suburban churches actively and collaboratively involved in Christian service to the community. COG works with West Des Moines Human Services to help individuals and families in need in Urbandale, Clive, Waukee, West Des Moines, Windsor Heights and western Des Moines. How can I help? Faith and Grace Garden Food Delivery to the homebound and elderly in West Des Moines. How can I help? The Family Violence Center assists families in our community struggling with domestic abuse. St. Timothy's supports their work in various ways. How can I help? Cool Congregations strives to encourage the members of St. Timothy's to become more environmentally aware and better stewards of God's creation both as individuals and as a parish - a program of Interfaith Power and Light, How can I help? The FreeStore gives furniture and other household items to families coming out of the Family Violence Center and other families in need. Visit their site. How can I help? The Mitten Tree collects hats, scarves and mittens which are given to needy children in the West Des Moines Schools and the Family Violence Center. How can I help? Santa Sacks provide families in need with Christmas gifts and food baskets and are collected and donated by St. Timothy's in conjunction with West Des Moines Human Services. How can I help?
